Our founder spent the first 10 years as a civil engineer and the past 4 years on the developer side, managing entitlements, approvals, and execution. This dual experience allows us to deliver approval-driven, cost-conscious engineering solutions aligned with real-world development constraints.
We specialize in Site Plan Exemptions, Austin Water Utility Tap Plans, and Strategic Value Engineering, providing focused civil engineering services that support approvals, utilities, and constructability — without full site plan production.
Our mission is to deliver clear, approval-ready engineering solutions that reduce complexity, control cost, and help projects move from plan to construction with confidence.
We work directly with developers, GCs, engineers, and project teams to move projects forward quickly and accurately, utilizing AWU Tap Plans and ensuring compliance with Site Plan Exemptions. While we don’t operate out of a traditional storefront, we’re always available by phone or email—and happy to meet for coffee or lunch to discuss value engineering solutions.
